Jackson

Robin Jackson, CEO of procurement consultants ADR International, is one of the best-known and respected figures in the procurement world. He has held senior management positions with major corporations including the Ford Motor Company, Philips Electronics and Nissan before joining ADR International in 1988.
With ADR International he has amassed a wealth of hands-on purchasing experience with clients worldwide in Europe, the US, South Africa, APAC and Australasia. He has led projects in many sectors including pharmaceutical, automotive, engineering, rail, FMCG, financial, building materials and footwear. Robin regularly writes for publication and is happy to speak with authority on any issue connected with purchasing, procurement and supply chain management, at local or global level.
He became CEO of ADR International in April 2007 when the company restructured to take advantage of increasing demands for procurement services. He now leads the company which is headquartered in the UK and also has offices in Australia, South Africa and the US. Its clients include some of the world's largest corporations such as Alcan, Disney, GE, Nokia and Pfizer. |

Bill
has enjoyed a distinguished career in senior management
with SCM Corporation, Durkee Famous Foods, Boise Cascade,
Campbell Soup Company and Vlasic Foods.
In consulting, he has worked with global multi-national
companies in regulated and non-regulated industries
across a wide spectrum of business sectors and countries.
The key focus of this work has
been his ability to deliver a transformation process
that has led clients to increased profitability, enhanced
staff competence and to achieve sustainable cost improvements
beyond the departure of ADR.
Under his leadership, ADR North America has achieved
year on year growth and has become a leading purchasing
consulting firm in North America. Bill is a sought after
speaker and writer for many events and publications.
He is also author of the book "Transform Your Supply
Chain".

Peter
Hunt

Peter Hunt is a leading thinker in integrating business and procurement strategies.
Before joining ADR International he held senior positions with British Airways and Wang Computers in Brussels. With ADR International he has led many major procurement transformation initiatives including sourcing and supplier relationship management process redesign.
Peter has managed and advised on strategic outsourcing programmes, and designed and delivered global development projects incorporating blended learning and follow-on coaching to embed skills. He is a frequent contributor to business and procurement specific journals and is a member of CIPS in the UK. He holds a masters degree in business administration.

Carl Coetzer
is Managing Director of ADR, South Africa based in Johannesburg.
His interests cover profit and value improvement programmes,

delivered through the application and skills transfer
of best purchasing practice.
He has the ability to do things smarter,
quicker, better and more efficiently and to compete
against self-imposed standards. Has a tendency to measure
performance, improve efficiency and effectiveness, set
goals and calculate costs and benefits for others and
oneself. This includes setting up of systems that support
achievement of targets.
Prior to joining ADR he held the position
of Procurement Manager at Sandoz a Novartis Company. He has over 25 years experience in purchasing

Rebecca Howard

Rebecca Howard, Associate Director and Learning Practice Lead at consultants ADR International, is an experienced procurement professional who has carried out assignments for some of the world’s biggest corporations.
At ADR International she delivers training and development projects to clients in areas including category management, supplier relationship management and strategic sourcing. As part of ADR International’s full suite of procurement services she also offers capability assessment tools, industry skills benchmarking, online e-learning and training outcome measurement solutions.
Rebecca was Senior Buyer at British Airways, buying ground handling services in the UK and Caribbean. She spent three years as Senior Consultant at KPMG Consulting where projects included strategic sourcing at ntl and a business efficiency programme at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office.
In 2003 she joined ADR International where her clients have included Nokia, the Metropolitan Police Service, American Express, Novelis, Assa Abloy, Pfizer, Network Rail, Total and the NHS purchasing hub Pro-Cure. |

Simon Aldred

Simon Aldred has been a director of ADR International’s sourcing division since 2004 and became head of sourcing in 2007. In this role he has implemented new e-sourcing and spend analysis tools and developed a fully outsourced managed service for client's indirect spend.
Simon spent several years in senior supply chain positions in the UK and Italy. His background combines strategic sourcing with low-cost country sourcing. He has delivered robust and sustainable savings across a range of categories covering both indirect and direct spend.
He has led projects with major high street retailers as well as large construction, manufacturing, haulage, and professional service clients including Scania, Rosebys, TJ Hughes and NG Bailey. Simon is happy to speak on all aspects of procurement including low-cost country sourcing, outsourced procurement, rapid cost savings and strategic sourcing. |
