ADR Assignment Principles

We carry out each assignment in a way that creates the conditions essential to enable action and deliver sustainable change.

We make sure before commencing an assignment that there are opportunities for significant benefits to the client and clearly identify the deliverables.

We work closely with key members of the client's business, agreeing objectives at the start and holding frequent informal and formal progress reviews throughout.

We build consensus across the business about the nature of any problems and alternative solutions, building understanding, acceptance, ownership and support.

We transfer our skills to the client to ensure that permanent change is established and that sustainable progress will continue after our departure.

We have strict policies and practices regarding confidentiality: we do not discuss our clients or disclose their names without their express permission, or make available client's reports and materials.
