HSBC’s international network comprises around 7,500 offices in over 80 countries globally.  To ensure the efficiency of procurement across the globe HSBC needed to evaluate the skill level against a competency framework and provide training to eliminate skill gaps.

  • Assess skill level across global procurement against competency profile

  • Online skill assessment completed by all 1800 procurement personnel
