What is your Negotiation Style?
Everyone has a natural approach to supplier negotiation, which is driven by our personality, values, and perception of authority. ADR’s procurement negotiation training is designed to understand our own styles and how we can build on the strengths. The procurement negotiation training will deliver more effective negotiators, who are able to adapt their approach and be flexible in dealing with challenging negotiating partners.
Participants in the training take part in several intensive role-plays, which can be captured on film. Edited playback enables discussion around personal styles, implementation of the plans and appropriate body language attributes.
