Bill Michels

Bill has enjoyed a distinguished career in senior management with SCM Corporation, Durkee Famous Foods, Boise Cascade, Campbell Soup Company and Vlasic Foods.

In consulting, he has worked with global multi-national companies in regulated and non-regulated industries across a wide spectrum of business sectors and countries.

The key focus of this work has been his ability to deliver a transformation process that has led clients to increased profitability, enhanced staff competence and to achieve sustainable cost improvements beyond the departure of ADR.

Under his leadership, ADR North America has achieved year on year growth and has become a leading purchasing consulting firm in North America. Bill is a sought after speaker and writer for many events and publications. He is also author of the book "Transform Your Supply Chain" and is working on a follow-up work on supplier relationships. Bill writes regularly on supply management issues in the business publication "Management Today" and he is a featured thought leader on the Internet radio program hosted by Jon Hanson, "PI Window on Business" You click here to view.

Bill earned a BS in Business Administration with honours from Rochester Institute of Technology and an MBA from Baldwin Wallace College.
